Treating Hemorrhoids Witch Hazel
Some familiar herbs used to treat hemorrhoids are witch hazel, butcher’s broom and barberry. To encourage blood flow and healthy veins, use butcher’s broom. Everyday one to three 100-milligram pills will prove helpful.
Before using any of these herbal forms of hemorrhoid treatment, it is advised that you talk with your doctor, mainly if you suffer from other health issues, are pregnant, taking prescription drugs or breastfeeding. Endeavor to always follow the label on the product. It is not advised that butcher’s broom be used if you are pregnant, nursing, on alpha blockers or MAO inhibitors. Use a cotton ball to apply witch hazel to the hemorrhoids. This innate astringent will assist in decreasing soreness and offer respite. Mix the barberry root liquid with water, as it will help support gallbladder and liver function, in addition to ending constipation. Mix a small amount of water with two milliliters and drink three times a day. If you are with child or nursing, do not use this.
